Cancellation / Returns and Refunds

You may cancel your order within seven (7) days of completing the transaction or receipt of the goods (whichever is longer).

In the event of cancellation, we will refund your payment (less the postage costs) on receipt by us of the goods, unused and undamaged (seal unbroken) and in a saleable condition.

Any goods which are damaged will be charged for in full.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, except in the case of defective/damaged goods having been supplied.

Insurance

Anne Mason Art accepts no responsibility for goods which are damaged or lost in transit and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to request insurance if this is required.

Import Duties and Taxes

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any import duties or taxes.

Confirmation of Your Order

Once your order has been placed, you will receive by email an automatic confirmation of your order.

You will receive by email a notification when your order has been shipped.
